CanadaThe breakfast was amazing, so many options and the food was excellent. The hotel is gorgeous, it is brand new and beautifully decorated- and the staff was very helpful. Rooms were beautiful, very clean and the hotel smells amazing! The hotel is one short metro ride away from the airport -about 15min. It is an easy downhill walk to old town. It is on many metro lines and easy to get anywhere.

The family room has a door between the bedroom and the lounge area with the sofa bed for the children, so parents don't have to go to bed at the same time.
There is a small game room with fussball table, pool table and an old school arcade machine -- the kids loved that.
Breakfast was classic but fresh and well furnished.

Lovely place, swimming pool very well kept and plenty of lounge chairs always available. Great variety of breakfast, great attention of staff to make sure all food was available during breakfast hours. Super super clean facilities, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. Very peaceful location, no traffic noises or pollution, but with easy access to motorways and a good variety of shops. Very quiet in the evenings, no noises or disturbances, very family friendly.
We stayed a week (2 adults,1 child) and it was brilliant.

Fantastic apartment that was perfect for our family (two children aged 5 & 7). There was a well equipped kitchen, with fridge, freezer, hob and oven plus plenty of coffee pods. The apartments are centrally located amongst the shops with small supermarkets nearby. It is well situated for the metro, trams and trains, so access to all of Lisbon is easy with small children.

The absolute best hotel for small children and babies. They really had thought of everything that would make my our lives easier whilst away from home including bottle warmer, steriliser, baby bath, big rug in living area for floor time etc The staff were all incredibly kind as well and they leant us a buggy with sturdier wheels to tackle the many hills and cobblestones. We also made use of the baby creche and our little one was very happy and the staff and facilities there were perfect.

Friendly owners who went an extra mile and arranged the baby crib for us. Very spacious and clean! Location is a nice walk away from the old part of the city. Well equipped apartment, we enjoyed it as a family. Found a delicious bottle a wine in the room.

First and foremost that it is family friendly. The hotel had a special corner set for kids with toys, the breakfast was really good. Diffferent options, all really tasty. The location is really good, close to restaurants and other facilities. the staff was really friendly and we are so grateful that they allowed us to do the check in three hours earlier than expected. We really recommend it, and we will definitely come back. Thanks a lot to all the staff of Hotel Laitau!

Location was superb, large supermarket really close by. the apartment is large, with great amenities, it felt safe as well. There are two full bathrooms which is fantastic. The beds were comfortable and there was ample storage space as well. The apartment is spacious and the block out blinds are great for children who need to sleep in the darkness. Walking distance to Pavilhao do Conhecimento for a fun family day, and a quick uber ride to vasco da Gama Shopping Centre.

We like Merry's house. The kids had a lot of fun playing table tennis. There are free parking spaces around the house, so there is no need to park in the yard. The bar on the first floor is perfect for family chats. We had a barbecue and the kids played. We had a perfect holiday here. Thank you Merry for everything. We will come back next time.
