The property features garden and city views, and is 500 metres from Salado Memorial. The guest house has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Typical building in the middle of everything. Aircon was a plus on a 39C heat. Staff very helpful and had lot of good tips too.

All the rooms at the AP Dona Aninhas include a satellite TV, work desk, free WiFi access and a private bathroom. Some rooms also feature a balcony, ocean or river views. I would have given a 10 just for the room. but there was also free breakfast and a nice and clean pool and jacuzzi. So I would say it is exceptional!

The air-conditioned rooms at the Hotel da Oliveira all feature a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer plus a flat-screen cable TV. The units also feature a minibar and some a balcony. All the rooms are individually decorated with themes regarding historical Guimarães personalities. Everyone is good. They also offered me breakfast box as i had to leave early for my flight. Really impressive.

Each of the individually decorated rooms are located in what used to be cloisters. All rooms of Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes offer an en suite bathroom. Leandro at the desk and Lara at the bar and breakfast were very accommodating, welcoming and informative. They made our 3-day stay an excellent one.
