Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

We forget that we were in travel because the skyline suite is so homy. We enjoyed the variety of food and club services. And of course, its location is excellent and easy to be reached.

Excellent location. Super nice room on the corner to the Bay so we had an excellent view, including SANDS, from our balcony. Big Room with smart all wall mirror so it became even bigger. Super Clean. Dinner Buffé with top rating. Breakfast Buffé of highest Class. All crew polite and friendly. We asked for a late check out as we had a late flight. They arranged so we could stay another 2 hours without Extra Charge. Have stayed in other Hotells in Singapore including SANDS. PRC gives you a more personal feeling. Will Stay Again !

Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated near great restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet still offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. We truly appreciated the little touches – complimentary refreshments, turndown service, and thoughtful gestures that made our stay feel luxurious. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

On ground level all you can wish for. Gym big and fully equiped. Better than all hotels I have seen so far. Big swimmingpool, running track, sauna. Nearby shops and laundry shop. And very good restaurants around the corner.
