Stanley the manager is just wonderful and so helpful. The location is PHENOMENAL, the beds are so comfy and the views from the rooms are just PERFECT. Ocean swimming is incredible in the morning, some of the best along the coast that we've been to. The house is spacious and exactly as advertised. and the food... soooo delicious and fresh. I wouldn't recommend eating out, worth the cost and convenience of having Mamma cook, we weren't disappointed ever. We spent most of the time on the balcony/deck, relaxing in the hammocks or on the day bed enjoying the views. Long leisurely walks on the beach, swimming, easting... honestly one of the most relaxing holidays we've ever had. Super safe, comfortable, beautiful. Just go!

We choose Barrys to get away from all the stress and commerce that always follows you when one travel to touristic places. Barrys is located far away from anything. It is you together with the silence, waves, and lovely staff. We took the boat from Zanzibar and stayed for four days. It is one hour drive to Saadani national park where you can see all animals but Rhinos and Cheetas. Our safari was a great animal experience with packed breakfast and lunch prepared by Deodatha and her staff. You will be taken care of in the best possible way by Barry, Deodatha, and staff.

The owner and the manager are very, very kind. They are always helping with everything. It is a quiet, calm place. You will love this nature place, when you wake up…there will be monkeys and you will see many different butterflies as well. Everything is made with so much love & heart. We liked everything. House is beautiful. Perfect location. Directly on the beach. We had all we needed, we couldn't wish more. Compare to Zanzibar, beach is so calm. All yours. Children enjoyed a lot. Simply perfect.
