Because of the festival, we could only find a room here for the night before it started — the entire city of Pristina was fully booked, and we had nowhere to stay for the following days. When Butritni heard about our situation, he went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to his kindness and effort, he managed to find us a place to stay when it felt absolutely impossible. Without him, we honestly would have had to sleep on the streets. He is by far the most kind-hearted and selfless person I have ever met, and we will always be grateful.

The bed was comfortable. I slept extremely well. The room and bathroom were large and well-appointed. I did not avail myself of the gym and the pool, but wow! It was all top-notch.
