Me and my boyfriend recently had the pleasure of staying at Masseria I Raffi b&b close to Monopoli and it was a delightful experience. Raffaella, the hostess, was very charming and provided us with helpful tips throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious, typically Italian products. The Masseria's location was stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and just 15 minutes by car to the city centre. The pool in the garden was huge and we often had it for ourselfs! All staff members, including reception, restaurant, bar, and management, were extremely helpful, obliging, and responsive in their interactions with us. Despite our delay on a busy Sunday when they had a function, they still reserved a table for our lunch. They truly went above and beyond for us. The selection and quality of the food was exceptional, and the service and entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The country house, the swimming pool and the grounds are an oasis of serenity and pleasure to stroll through and acknowledge the hard work and attention to detail of the entire property. A very special place and a real treat. We had a wonderful and restful stay here. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this Masseria if you are in this area of Italy. The staff was very friendly and nice, the receptionist Ada even helped us with some Apulian snacks in one evening when we did not have time for our dinner. Rooms are very exquisite with a touch of country modern side. Breakfast is mostly with local and home made food, served in a dreamy location. The manager was always very nice, greeting us every morning and they were very careful with us, as we travelled with a one year girl. The swimming pool and entire location is very clean, cozy and welcoming. There are lot of things to explore there, connect with nature and enjoy the beauty of this location.
