There is very nice pizzeria restaurant nearby "il Caminetto" and Owner helped in booking table for dinner. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple but delicious, especially the home made pie and various types of cheese.

There is a fully functioning kitchen included for the Margherita room, very useful to cook Italian food! Bed was nice, shower was strong, room is comfortable for the Italian Spring in Lake Como! Plenty of walks nearby, can stroll along the river connected to Como, and absolutely stunning mountain view of Monte Legnone.

All charming rooms come with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom. It was peaceful and beautifully maintained/renovated. It had everything you could possibly need or want. The pool and outside area was amazing, the staff went over and above to make sure we were happy (nothing was too much trouble) and all the staff were friendly, helpful and eager to please. The food was delicious, the included breakfast was ideal and the whole place was spotless - what more could you ask for?! We didn’t use the spa but I’m sure that would have been great too. Just a perfect peaceful base to visit Menaggio, Belaggio and Como from. We loved the 11am check out and we were so grateful to the owner who let us in well after the last check in time as we were delayed. The animals at the house were very friendly and no bother at all - super cute dogs especially. We would recommend this to anyone!

The host was very friendly and present. Our dog was welcome. Swimming pool was very clean.
