We loved Jasmine and Michael’s place. A large gorgeous garden setting and a beautiful house. The property is so quiet as the house is a good distance from the road. Jasmine and Michael are fantastic caring hosts nothing is a problem,beautiful breakfasts comfortable bed and spotless bathrooms. Hopefully we we will go to Christchurch in the near future and be able to stay again.

It was different to what we’re used to ie: outdoor shower but absolutely great experience. Loved the lavender garden, the gorgeous chooks and actually it was all beautiful. We should have stayed 2 nights! One night just wasn’t enough to take in everything.

Nice quiet place away from noises of roads, among mountains,trees, sheep,cows,& specially fully detox as no mobile network. We great time with nature. Not to forget the night sky,we specially got up at 1.00 a.m. just to witness amazing display of stars , we saw shooting stars as well. We absolutely loved this place - spacious, comfortable, beautifully set out and decorated including a cosy log burner fired up and ready for arrival. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and the accommodation was ideally situated away from the main town centre but easy to find and not far off the main route, within easy reach of restaurants, supermarkets and attractions - perfectly peaceful and relaxing. Would and should have stayed longer - a real gem :)

Karen was such a sweet heart during our entire stay. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was homemade and we enjoyed it very much. The farm tour was so much fun! Though it was short one night stay, we had a very memorable time on the farm and would love to return again in the future :)

Loved the quirkiness of the place. Best nights sleep in 12 days! Beds are comfy. Hot shower with great pressure. Kevin has thought of everything & even had egg cups in the rustic kitchen for us to eat our dippy eggs for breakfast- fresh off the farm.
