What a great choice we made to stay here, the stay started even before we got there. The hosts were gracious enough to help us finding restaurants to dine at for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. They were always available for our questions before and during the stay. The location is perfect to be away from Faro but not too far away, we went out daily to towns/locations nearby to explore that are of Algarve, for us it was really nice to come back to a quiet place after being out all day. The breakfast they offered also was amazing! Too much food actually, home made and fresh!

We absolutely loved our stay in Monte das Fontainhas, it is a true gem of a place, and it exceeded our expectations in every way possible! From the moment we booked the accommodation, Filipa was such an incredible host, she truly made us feel welcome and appreciated, answered emails with our questions super quickly, gave us amazing directions how to reach the accommodation, suggestions on great restaurants and where to shop for fresh fruit... we are so grateful to Filipa and Hélder, and all their staff for the amazing experience! The accommodation was truly incredible, from super comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, amazing bathroom with a bathtub big enough for two, beautiful hammock to enjoy on the porch... and an amazing seawater pool for a relaxing swim (it is much bigger than it looks in the photos!). The property is located in the nature so there are lots of beautiful birds and plants everywhere, such an amazing place. Other guests were nice and quiet too. The accommodation is close to many beaches, supermarkets, towns, so you can enjoy both the natural trails and culture. We truly enjoyed our babymoon and cannot wait to come again!! Thank you for everything! :)

At the farm stay, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. The breakfast was amazing - a large spread of wonderful choices. Miguel made the best eggs. The dining area was lovely and conducive to socializing with the very interesting guests. The Quinta was just outside of Tavira; which meant it was simultaneously convenient to town and very peaceful. The lodging, which was very attractive, spacious, light and clean, overlooked the gorgeous grounds, pool and orange groves. The hosts were so welcoming. Miguel was especially gracious in helping us plan our days. We intended to stay 4 nights and ended up spending 7.

The farm stay offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. The property was absolutely stunning amidst an orange farm. So peaceful and relaxing. The apartments had everything you need and very well done. The pool area was perfect and the lounge chairs were the comfiest I’ve sat in. They even had a champagne basket and fresh fruit to celebrate our engagement! The staff was so lovely, sweet and thoughtful.
