Amazing town-house in Sao Vicente with a great location and amazing view.. the place is fully equipped with everything you need. The decoration is beautiful and gives you a calm vibes. Leonel went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the company of the beautiful Crazy and Michy during our stay.

Casas da Levada features free WiFi. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, a seating area and terrace or patio, for guests' convenience. Everything was perfect – a truly authentic experience. I loved the idea of trust: you can take food or drinks from the hotel’s shop or bar, mark it down, and pay at the end. In the morning, breakfast ingredients are delivered so you can cook yourself, which makes it feel more like staying in a home than a hotel. The location is stunning – probably the best spot for sunsets on Madeira, in a quiet, non-touristy area surrounded by nature. With only six cottages, privacy is guaranteed. The cottages are decorated in a cozy rustic style, very clean, with vintage furniture that adds charm. In 5 minutes by car are some of the best restaurants we tried on the island, plus even a specialty coffee shop. It’s also a perfect base to explore the northwest, southwest, and central parts of Madeira. Out of four accommodations we stayed in during our trip, this was by far the best.

There is a private entrance at the farm stay for the convenience of those who stay. The farm stay offers garden views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Beautiful little boutique accommodation run by a family. The Host Viriato is very kind and thoughtful, and was attentive to anything we needed or asked about. The apartment we stayed at was well equipped had an equipped kitchen, and was very comfortable, with a beautiful view! We finished every day on the balcony enjoying the breathtaking views of the garden and the ocean. The breakfast included is in a nearby restaurant, and had a good variation of food and very kind staff.

At the farm stay, every unit comes with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathrobes and a hair dryer. An oven, a microwave and toaster are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne, fruits and chocolates or cookies. If you want to indulge in the lap of luxury for a few days, this is the place for you ! Filomena knows how to do it right. She should be the standard on how private accommodations should be handled. We’d stay there again in a hard beat.

In the warmer months, you can make use of the barbecue facilities and dine on the private balcony. This place was so beautiful and serene. We had the best time. Spacious apartment with everything you need. The owner was so helpful with everything we could possibly want for our time here. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our week at Porto Santo. I absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay there again. The breakfast was also really good and was delivered at our porch at the time that suited us, newly baked bread, different freshly made juices every day, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, cakes and all the good things. The kids was excited to see what was on the tray every morning. Thank you for being such an amazing host ✨🙏🏼✨

A microwave, a fridge and kitchenware are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the farm stay, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. It's always nice if reality correspond the pictures in Booking.com or even exceeds them. This was the case! And fruits from garden was a very nice gesture from the host.

The farm stay also provides guests with outdoor fireplace and a picnic area for a day out in the open. Owners are supper nice. We recived a bucket of fruits at our arrival. There was also private parking. Our apartment was nice and clean with great terrace outside with sea view. Apartmant is placed above their banana trees, you are also able to walk around their fruits garden.

Featuring mountain and garden views, this farm stay also has free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 22 km from Marina do Funchal. The location is absolutely perfect. View is amazing and i love all the animals around the house (i would recommend you dont dislike cats). The house is lovely, very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equiped, I cooked quite a lot. Laura is an amazing host, helped us a lot.

The property is around 24 km from Marina do Funchal, 35 km from Girao Cape and 11 km from Madeira Theme Park. The farm stay has family rooms. Almost everything. Owners are wanderfull.
