The chalet was perfect, nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Leiza, the host, was lovely and friendly and showed us around the grounds. Would thoroughly recommend Leiza and her accommodation.

Loved the plunge pool and that the water is clean for each visitor. Loved the remoteness as it was so peaceful to be totally alone. I would imagine that if we had to share the property - as is likely with the additional rooms it would have felt very different.

The stay was amazing, we were very happy with everything. We've stayed here 3 times now and we will definitely be coming back. I would suggest putting some bug spray in the rooms in case one encounters a spider and some spoons with the coffee mugs (I think there are usually spoons, we just didn't see any on our last stay). As less of a priority they could slowly start replacing the pillows.

The location just outside of Prince Albert is the perfect balance. The farm we stayed on is quiet and has beautiful views of the mountains. We had two nights of exceptional stargazing. The cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. A wonderful experience.
Silence, tranquility, and a beautiful setting under the trees in the karoo... the perfect stop after a long trip to recharge. Bedding is absolutely divine! Our hostess was friendly and everything was perfect when we arrived. All your needs in a rustic little cottage!

This place was truly magical, and we loved staying there. The hosts were wonderful, kind-hearted, and friendly. They even sell braai packs with lamb chops and sausage, and it is very affordable. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful and our room was very clean. We even received coffee, snacks, and milk. What more do you want. My husband and I can't wait to go back to Watervalsrivier Farm - it feels like home.

We had a very peaceful time and we could not have felt more welcome. We ordered the braai pack and salad which was brought to our unit for us to braai. Breakfast was at the farm house and it was delicious. Our dog was made to feel very welcome too.
The farmhouse feels wonderfully remote but is, in fact, quite close to Beaufort West and the entry to the Karoo National Park. Our small apartment had a fully functional kitchen and Wifi. Outside, there was a barbecue grill with firewood. Highly recommended.
