The staff were exceptionally accomodating they go above and beyond for their guests. As beginner skiers it was so handy having the beginner slope outside to practice (all the equipment and lessons are available at the hotel). There is a shuttle bus that they run they load all your equipment, literally drop them a text / whats app and they collect you within 5 minutes from the major slopes (soldeu / el tartar). The spa is also fantastic and very quiet during our stay.

Excellent hotel with amazing views and luxury design. The SPA is the best I have ever seen in my life!! The staff is lovely and the rooms are incredibly comfortable.. Everything was just perfect.

Nice cozy hotel. Spa, fitness, restaurants. Nice lobby with views. Huge rooms with everything what your need. Good breakfast with many options of food. Fresh juice, nice staff.

I had a bus and the they booked taxi for me but it was getting late so the manager at reception (I think Mr David) offered and dropped me at bus station in hotel car which was very kind of him.

Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

Well set in the centre of Escaldes-Engordany, Hotel MIM Andorra provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant.

Great location just underneath the old part of the town. Good breakfast selection, that was even served directly at our table in the restaurant one morning due to few guests (was there outside of the usually busy peak winter and summer seasons.) All staff we interacted with were very service minded and friendly. Nice detail with fresh fruits and a bottle of cava in the room upon arrival + a complimentary bag with bottled water and a pack of chewing gum received at check-out. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are in good condition. Very good value for the money. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it an extra night. Will absolutely return when I get the chance.

Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Special thanks to the reception manager Emanuel for prompt and high-quality assistance in solving our extra whims, we really appreciate it!
