I had the best experience at this hotel, the staff were more than amazing and the kindest ever. Special thanks for the staff in the reception and the manager in charge for making my stay exceptional. From how i was happy and satisfied I think no word could express my gratitude and thankfulness towards the best service I received. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service is impeccable, everyone is so polite and dedicated to make you feel good. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are of very high quality. The bathroom&shower area, rooftop bar are all a dream. Beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. They even sent a bouquet to my room when I mentioned how beautiful they are. The location is convenient to reach everywhere. They provided early check in around 7:30 am and late check out at 6 pm. Special thanks to Sayyed in the reception who ensured my holiday was at its best!

Outstanding facilities and tremendous views from the property. 5 minutes walk through inside the property to Dubai Fountains & Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa. It really worth the staying in Palace Downtown. I have been to different 5 stars hotels but this was one of the most memorable.

I had an incredible time at the hotel! The service was outstanding, and the staff, except for a minor communication issue with Mohammed, were lovely and helpful. Overall, it was an awesome experience. They truly deserve more than 5 stars for the outstanding service provided.

The customer service provided from the receptionist Parvinder and salah who was very helpful and assured that we will have good stay. Breakfast was excellent specially chef Purshu and chef Ajay at restaurant very professional. The pool water was little bit cold but was nice . The service at the beach worth 5 stars . We will repeat this hotel again
