The pool was amazing and so was the room. The only problem was we have no hot water to shower for the 1st day and a half. This was very disappointing considering the cost. We asked someone to fix it on the Friday but no one did until Saturday afternoon. Breakfast was lovely but it is not possible to get your breakfast to the room unless you pay for it in full. The highlight was the desert safari, that was incredible!

A great stay up in the mountains in RAK! The containers were so cool and really modern and comfortable inside. We did a morning hike with a guide which was great! Make sure to bring your own coal and food for the bbq. There’s also a fridge inside so you can take as much as you like! Beautiful sunset here!

Incredible hotel - my favorite of all travels - staff are incredible to name only a few Amr, Isaac, Malay, Binoy, Abdel, Jan, Mohammad and many many more - great vibes, value, food and shisha was amazing too. Was the perfect stay to celebrate a birthday for my partner.
