Staying at Avanel Signature Hotel in Saranda felt like discovering a hidden sanctuary. While the city outside was full of summer noise, inside the hotel everything was calm, spotless, and deeply comfortable. The design is beautifully minimalist and modern, making the whole place not just comfortable but also a joy to be in. The atmosphere it carried was so peaceful that it felt like a world of its own. In the morning, stepping onto the balcony to watch the sea was a moment I’ll never forget. The staff made the experience even more special—professional yet genuinely warm, giving the hotel the elegance of a world-class stay but at a price that felt incredibly fair. I’ve rarely felt so at home away from home. If you’re in Saranda, you definitely have to stay here!

We were so lucky to have stayed at this apartment with the beautiful host! I was seriously ill with food poisoning and the wonderful host offered to arrange a trip to the hospital, and let us check out late. She gave me a huge hug on my way out too which was so kind. As for the apartment, this was the cleanest place we have stayed in throughout Europe! Spotless, had everything we needed & a great location.

Excellent location on the edge of the promenade and a quick walk to the upper town, too. As a solo traveller I felt very safe walking back here at night. The hotel was very clean throughout and rooms serviced to a high standard each day. The ladies on reception were a particular highlight, friendly and ready to help, with a lovely greeting each morning and a chat about how your day had been of an evening. My room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Saranda from the balcony. A little on the small side, but good storage despite this and perfectly adequate overall unless you have a lot of luggage etc. I would defintely stay here again, and indeed hope to do so!
