The hotel is located in a very safe and modern area, with various restaurants nearby by the canal. The hotel has a nice pool, although I wish the water was warmer and that it was positioned more in the sun, as it gets shaded in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the front pool, located at the entrance of the hotel, was not accessible to all guests, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very kind and understanding. They even made sure I could check into my room earlier than the standard check-in time. Overall, a great experience!

Unbeatable building: full of history and in the heart of Arroyo street: one of the fanciest part of the city. Breakfast was great, full of choices, both, a-la-cart and buffet-styled. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The scent throughout the delicious, calming and relaxing. The gym, sauna and pool are magical. While small, they are fully equipped with all you need. The food and drinks at the bar downstairs are simply next level. All employees were kind and helpful.

This place truly felt like home. From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. The atmosphere is super cosy, with a charming, bohemian, hippie-chic vibe. The property itself is like a little riad in the heart of BA, beautifully designed, and ideally located in the coolest and trendy neighbourhood Palermo Soho. Lovely rooms and the entire space had such great energy and intimate feel. The hospitality was exceptional—the team went above and beyond to help me with everything. I originally planned to stay just one night, but I loved it so much that I rebooked it for the end of my five-week journey. I cannot wait to come back!

Loved this hotel. Newly refurbished and perfectly clean, nice interiors, great shower. Very good breakfasts. Quiet location. Yet most important is the personnel, extremely warm and welcoming.
