First, the tall, handsome valet at the door wearing a long-sleeved jacket. The blonde lady at the reception whose name I don't know. The girl in the restaurant whose father is from Adapazarı. The curly-haired Tunisian male waiter. They were all very nice, they really made us feel at home. The room designs and the materials used are very high quality. We stayed in a suite, it was really very good. The soaps used are high-quality. The towels are spotless. We would consider staying there again. They have filled a serious gap in Brussels. My only suggestion is to change the breakfast for longer stays. A strip should be added to the dark curtains as the sun comes in. Looking forward to seeing you again.

I love an old-fashioned hotel like this one. It has an actual wardrobe with plenty of space to put in your clothes, a bathroom with both a tub and a shower booth, the amenities were excellent and they gave me fresh ones every day. The room is big, there's a writing desk, a coffee table, two easy chairs. It's bright and quiet at night. There are art books in the room, which impressed me. I hated leaving that super comfortable room!

We have been in this hotel before. We knew the quality of the hotel, amenities and staff. This trip was also great, we had a very good staying and the staff was more than helpful. Their kindness and support during our staying was second to none. They made everything possible for us to have good time, they helped us with our special requests for transport (my husband has mobility problems). Even after we have done the check out, they supported us with additional information about our trip. We also had a very good dinner meal in the Chinese restaurant, the staff provided us with recommendations.

Top notch service! Eye for detail! a luxurious warm stay. Everything about the place oozes cosy luxury and great staff service, everyone is very helpful and always with a smile! we stayed during the first week of January and the hotel was still beautifully decorated with Christmas decoration, stunning magical Christmas tree in the middle and a lot of beautiful other decorations. Loved also the breakfast area with a very good breakfast, serving a great variety of food ! Also a beautiful bar which is open in the evening with extremely gentle staff, who even gave warm milk and chocolates to our son. Also ordered the Christmas package inside the room, delicious large chocolate chip cookies, yummy hot chocolate and beautiful mugs!! Could not fault it in any way, so much detail even the room was very spacious , had robes and slippers available. Would definitely return any time! A particularly sweet receptionist made the short stay super easy and memorable! very close to the road full of shopping complex
