Everything about our stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ali at the front desk — he was the MVP! He helped us change our rooms and made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. 🙏🏼 The staff at the beach, pool, and restaurant were also wonderful — especially with our baby. They went out of their way to make things easier for us and showed such warmth and care. 😍

The staff was the highlight for us. We would rate them 11/10 stars if we could. From the front desk, to housekeeping, and also the spa. We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and we were surprised with a cake around dinner time. We had a few requests throughout the stay and these were not only granted but they went the extra mile and gave more than what we asked for consistently. Truly impressed. Special mention to our HK attendant Alam for being genuine kind and helpful.
