Great location, just 10mins drive from train station and 20mins to airport, a good place if you do transfer / short stay in Dali, because it is a bit far from all the sightseeing place except Erhai Lake. My room is well equipted and has beautiful lake view, which is quite beautiful. Staff is friendly.

Very friendly and accommodation and staff, plus a room dedicated to display Chinese culture - where one can learn calligraphy and guqin (a plucked seven-string Chinese musical instrument).

This place is outstanding and i highly recommend it. The Owner of the hotel is very gentle and also can speak english. Its just beside the lake and the view from the hotel is very very beautiful. The place and environment is super.

Loved the design of the place, breakfast indoor area has a nice yard outside. Staff was a lovely guy who stayed up past midnight for my family as we had a transportation delay which caused us to arrive much later than expected. Excellent service. The tea served is from local tea leaves from staff’s friend who owns a tea plantation. Breakfast is always a hearty tasty main with a side of corn or sweet potato. Sometimes there are seasonal fruits bought by staff from the local market. Loved loved loved the warmth of the staff. Requests for additional food were granted, and if you cannot finish your food they also offer containers to pack them for you. Got a suite with two bedrooms, it has a living area with bar countertop and dining table and seats and one time welcome rose tea packs. Was perfect for my family of four.

    The hotel and its welcoming and helpful host family very much exceeded my expectation and if I ever go back to Dali, it is only to stay here again, and next time for longer. Everything is pristine clean, beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable bed with good quality linen, great hot shower, luxurious garden. Every little detail was carefully and tastefully addressed (including unexpectedly luxury toiletries, humidifyer, custom curtains, and a bespoke tea set (!) in the room). I regretted not staying longer and very much want to go back.
