Not really sure where to start. One of the nicest B&B style hotels I’ve stayed anywhere in the world. Staff go above and beyond everyday and the ambience of the place is so relaxing it’s hard to stay standing. It’s just off the Main Street in the quieter of the “old towns” Shuhe, but it’s so quiet you wouldn’t even know it’s there. Beautiful surrounds and convenient to literally everywhere. Literally, just stay here: way more personal than any of the bigger hotels in the area I’m sure.

It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main entrance of Lijiang Old Town, and vehicles can drive directly to the hotel entrance, making travel very convenient. The room my family and I stayed in was quite large, and while we couldn’t see the snow-capped mountains from our room, we could go to the rooftop garden to enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains. The hotel also offers afternoon tea, allowing you to enjoy the scenery while having tea. All the hotel staff are very friendly and can communicate via WeChat. They are keen to provide various assistance. By the way, the hotel also has a gym and a laundry room.
