The staff was very helpful. On the checkout day the front lady helped us to call a taxi and even call the driver to reconfirm about the car size, since we have a lot of luggages. (Thank you!!) Big new clean room. The bathroom has both shower and bathub.

I stayed two nights at the Arthur Hotel in Guangzhou and I highly recommend it. The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and above all, the service is outstanding. Special thanks to Lee and Nana at the reception, who were incredibly attentive: they helped me book taxis, send a package, and use local apps. A big thank you to them for their kindness. This was definitely the best stay I ever had in China! Hotel was suburb. Staff great. Special thanks to Oscar, the concierge. He went far and beyond.
