The staff were incredible, really friendly and accomodating. They helped us navigate the Chinese mobile apps like Ali Pay and WeChat, and just went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The children's playroom was AMAZING, and all hotels everywhere should have one like this!

Pretty good hotel, convenient location, good service. Not really new renovation, but it works. The best thing is their washing machine and dryer, super good. Also the food delivery robot, very cool..
