Oh my. We were transported into the borders of a postcard. Seriously this place is beyond beautiful. The food, the pool , the rooms every direction the eye can see is a pleasure. It was exceptional - from the location, comfort, hospitality, quality and food. It was a dream from the start to finish and cannot believe I only stayed one night, I could spend the whole week here. Such lovely staff so helpful and accommodating and great English too. They helped us book a tour and even got us a discount as well. It was an amazing experience.

The rooms are amazing. Everything is clean and all the equipments are new and very modern. The view from the room is beautiful, you can see the mountains and a part of the city. I really recommend this place. Unfortunalty for us, we were there during the rain season but even staying in the room and watching the weather and the clouds all around the mountains made this trip quit magic.

This is easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! This was the ‘splurge’ part of our two weeks in China and it didn’t disappoint. The service was incredible, the duty manager checked in periodically to check how we slept, if we needed help with anything, if we had onward transport sorted on the day we checked out. The rooms and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The food was delicious and there was a very good range of things to choose from. I would really recommend the river cruise and the cormorant fishing trip, both were highlights of our China trip.
