We didn't believe in our eyes..so much beauty and luxury compined its difficult to believe vthat is exist..A retreat that offers absolute relaxation and tranquility... built in the jungle, completely in harmony with the natural landscape, gives the traveler the feeling of being in paradise.. As for the dinner we enjoyed it was truly an extraordinary experience that everyone should try.. Korean style barbecue with countless options and Serbia beyond all expectations.. We had the most amazing time in Costa Rica, and it was the highlight of our trip—and one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had globally. Nestled deep in the lush jungle at the base of a volcano, this resort offers a truly unforgettable experience. The setting alone is breathtaking, with nature all around, sounds of the forest, and views that make you stop and soak it all in. If we had known just how incredible this place would be, we absolutely would have planned to stay longer. The staff were exceptional—warm, caring, always smiling. We felt genuinely welcomed and pampered in a very natural, unpretentious way. It felt like we were truly special guests. There is so much to do in this region—from waterfall hikes to hot springs and wildlife watching. It's the perfect place to connect with nature and unwind in luxury. Honestly, this stay reminded me of the tranquility and beauty I’ve experienced in Andaz Bali and Thailand.

Loved the room, the bathroom, all the details. The view from the room was great, as well as the springs, both inside the Hotel and at Club Río. Personal was kind and welcoming, an extra star for Jorge and Diego at the restaurants! I would say it was also pretty good in terms of accessibility. I truly recommend the Spa, Gabriela will make sure you to have the best experience. Breakfast was good and varied, they offer GF options including pancakes and toasts. I also liked having lunch at Tres Cascadas.

Room is spacious, impecable, fully equiped with fridge, tv, Chromecast, wifi, bed lamps and furniture. Comfy beds. The pool is beautiful and has many seatings and also two hamocks around to chill and relax. My family was able to fully relax there.

Great cost/value ratio. A little outside of la fortuna hence very quite. Also its very clean.
