Photos cannot capture the beauty of the place (it’s more beautiful in reality). The rooms are very large, beautiful, and comfortable. Impressive and very luxurious design. Exceptional cleanliness. The food, including breakfast, is at the level of a Michelin-starred restaurant (not expensive). The pool is beyond words. Exceptional service from the entire hotel staff. The cleanness, the big bathroom, room and balcony. The fact that you have spaces to store your things. The food, the staff. Special thanks to Andreea (from the restaurant) for preparing a surprise for our son on his birthday. She was really great. We liked the swimming pools. We have appreciated that we have received a voucher for lunch because we’ve missed the dinner, arriving later. We also liked the Christmas decorations 😃.

Perfect hotel. I spent a week out of season. It was a great time and the hotel is just perfect. Whatever I asked during the whole stay was provided. I asked for a room with a nice view and got probably the best room in the hotel. The waiters at the breakfasts but especially lunches were incredibly helpful, all wishes fullfiled! The malaysian massage Lady (I think her name is Rika) is very professional. Great therapeutic massage! The hotel is right on the beatiful beach, very close to the port. Very well spent money! Big thank you to all the staff who made my stay flawless.

We got an upgrade to a king Suite which was absolutely amazing!! The views from the hotel and our room to the sea is really stunning. We couldn’t be more comfortable in that Suite, the service from the whole staff was excellent, very kind and polite, and considering the big amount of people now in August, they manage to very well everything to don’t feel uncomfortable because of that. Food was delicious, never miss anything, with different options for restaurants and we were surprise that even being at full capacity it was very quiet.

the location perfect ,the stuff nice . we reserved including HB , it was disoppinted that we have to pay for drinks as extra even water , plus the food 2 stars level hotel not good in genearal . It wasnot clean espically around the bed side. there is many things was almost broken in bathroom . we are 4 pax and they provide 2 small twoels it was by mistake but still they are 5 stars hotel should be inspected all room befor check in time .

It’s a fantastic 5 stars hotel. You don’t need to rush down in the morning, there are always plenty of free sunbeds all day. My room was on the top floor with a beautiful sea view and a private terrace. The room is soundproof and the aircondition works well.
