The first impression is "outstanding". Staff is extremely professional, there is an overall feeling of a real 5-star hotel. Facilities are amazing, quality is superb, and the dining experience is similar to that you would get in a Michelin-star restaurants, but, there is a But.
PS. Massage experience is nice (not amazing but definitely not bad) but Spa section is quite basic

We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel that delights you with 5 stars. We return every autumn with great love because it is a real relaxation. Thank you to the entire team for all the hospitality they offered us throughout our stay.

Although the room is not very large, it is very comfortable with the high ceiling and very clean, with an old charm. Cafe Pupp and the breakfast are very good. Much better price quality to compare with similar 5 stars hotel in Prague. We will come back.

Not the 5 stars, but the history behind these stars which brings you in a long gone glamurous and stylished world. We tasted a little bit of this while staying there, so thank you Grandhotel Pupp! PS The spa is a must 😊
