Everything! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was spacious with a super comfortable bed (possibly too comfortable! ;) ) and modern bathroom. The room was always very clean with everything restocked perfectly. The restaurant is also very high quality with a great bar as well. The location is perfect catching the metro to any of the major sights, and there are also some great bars and restaurants nearby.

Outstanding, my second time at this hotel. Lovely staff, amazing and tasty breakfast selection, huge suites and of course, the spa/pool is so relaxing and lovely! I only wish they had more places to hang up wet towels.

This hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk of Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. All the spacious rooms have a flat-screen TV and city or Sydhavnen Harbour views. Free WiFi is available.

I spent 2 nights with my family, we all appreciate the hotel location, the room, the staff and breakfast. The hotel view on the channel was amazing, the room very clean and comfortable, the staff very kind and professional. A special appreciation for breakfast, in particular from my son. The location was great walking distance to Nyhavn. The room was clean and good size and also got really nice view. Staff were wonderful, all so professional and helpful. The breakfast was lovely.

Not sure where to start but everything was just amazing! Central location with walking distance to everything. Friendliest, most welcoming and helpful people I have ever encountered especially Victoria & Matilde, you guys are the best, thank you (I appologize for not knowing everyone's names). The sound insulation was among the best I've ever been to (I thought we were the only residents on the floor and was shocked it was fully booked), you can't hear anything and we were facing the busy street! Super!. The room was spacious and comfy. The terrase area was nice. The 24/7 bar at the center of the hotel was amazing (appreciate the complimentary green tea and espresso). I could go on forever but the bottom line is we loved it and we're definitely coming back.
