The spa, the coral reef where fish come to you, camel ride on the beach, the Filini al a carte restaurant is very very good for a good price. You have to try it even if you are on HB or AI basis, spacious room, kids club and kids pool is really great. Food choice is big for breakfast and dinner. We will come again.

Animation team and personnel bring good atmosphere to hotel. It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

Personnel was great, from Nasser at the lobby. Our waiter Salah Mohammed and also the cleaning done by Salah!!! Team of all waiters at the bar were also always very kind. A super plus is also when you don't want the animation you can always go to the chill-zone to pass your stay peacefully...staring at the beauty from the Red Sea.

Our stay started with an excellent reception, at reception, given by Abdulfattah, our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. It would have been nice to have the very open space in the room filled with a few chairs or a table as it was quite odd to have such a spacious room with so little in it. That said the beds were VERY comfortable, Mahmoud the room guy kept it spotless and we were very comfortable. Food was superb, drinks good and location exceptional. We will be back.
