I want to give special recognition to Mr. Moutz Abdelgani, who truly was our “memory designer” throughout our stay. He expertly managed our booking from start to finish and provided the exceptional level of service we’ve come to expect from this establishment. What made this visit particularly special was that Mr. Abdelgani went above and beyond our expectations, delivering service that surpassed even our previous wonderful experiences. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. Elisir Spa & Hotel was everything we hoped for on our honeymoon. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail felt just right. What made it truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible hospitality of Mr. Hamid. From the moment we arrived, he ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. Our room was beautifully prepared with complimentary touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Throughout our stay, Mr. Hamid was attentive, kind, and always available if we needed anything. He was also very understanding about our early morning departure. Our flight was at 6:30 a.m., and he not only arranged a late checkout but also personally drove us to the airport at 4 a.m. That level of care and generosity is something we will never forget. Thank you, Mr. Hamid, for making our honeymoon so special. We are truly grateful, you’ve set the bar incredibly high. Hopefully, until soon again!

The staff were the best asset. I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!
