Five-Star Hotels in Ciutadella

The property itself is splendid, with meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. Upon arrival during the off-season (end of April, beginning of May), there was a sense that final touch ups to some facilities were taking place before the high season kicks in - though this didn’t take away from the top tier experience. Despite the weather not being on our side, the staff at the hotel went the extra mile by lighting a fireplace in the evening. It was a thoughtful touch that allowed us to enjoy the property's beauty even in less than perfect conditions. The staff's kindness and responsiveness shone through, as they promptly attended to all our requests and went above and beyond to fulfill their promises. Everyone - from receptionst, to maintenance staff, breakfast and cleaning ladies - was so kind and welcoming. Breakfast while well arranged and tasty, lacked diversity, which may disappoint those seeking a variety of options. Our experience at the restaurant for a late lunch left something to be desired, with the dishes falling short of expectations. Additionally, the unexpected charge for tap water (4,5 EUR) felt somewhat unreasonable. However, amidst these minor setbacks, the hotel demonstrated flexibility by allowing us to check-in early and check-out late, granting us full access to the facilities throughout our stay. With its charming ambiance and attentive staff the hotel offers a tranquil retreat in rural Menorca but just a stone’s throw away from Ciutadella. All in all - a very delightful stay and we’d gladly be coming back!

amazing little boutique hotel, with great design and fantastique room. located in the center of the old town of Ciudatella, we grab our coffee in the morning on the main square and started our day that way. i would recommend it to everyone.

Villa Le Blanc was an absolute dream. We stayed in a room with a balcony and outdoor tub, which felt like our own private sanctuary. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and incredibly comfortable — the beds were perfection. There was so much thoughtful attention to detail, from the generous storage space to the hair dryer, straightener, and steamer provided in-room (such a thoughtful touch, especially since we were attending a wedding). The staff were exceptional — responsive, kind, and always available at any hour. A special shout-out to Alvaro, who greeted us so warmly and made every interaction personal and genuine. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, full of fresh Menorcan specialties and local delicacies, and the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and respect for nature was evident throughout. The beaches nearby were pristine, with a real sense of conservation and communal respect for the environment — truly a gem of a place. We loved the rooftop adults-only pool, which was warm, elegant, and beautifully designed. The gym was excellent, with gorgeous wood paneling and brand-new equipment, and even though the hotel sits away from the busier towns, the team made getting around effortless with easy taxi coordination. We also appreciated how well the property balanced families with young children and adults traveling without — the atmosphere was calm, chic, and harmonious for everyone.

Its in a perfect spot, the apartment has a small kitchen, lovely lounge with some UK TV if that is important to you, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (very rare to find this) and a small balcony with table and chairs to while away an hour if you dont fancy the beach or sitting around the pool, with very well kept grounds and, for us, no children so peaceful. The staff are excellent, alot of smiles! and nothing is too much trouble. They were particularly kind to help us with our cases and made sure Mum was in a room close by us. The pool is huge and there are plenty of sunbeds and Balinese Beds.
