Room view was excellent, very clean and comfortable overall. What I didn’t expect was the level of service from all staff, but especially the concierge. Francois and Julien were the most excellent concierge I’ve ever come across. Will stay in Villa Maia again when I go back Lyon just for the concierge team.

Excellent excellent excellent hospitality service specially staff go out of the way to help you very centrally located beautiful rooms recently renovated they gave us river facing rooms we requested them for late check out they have done it happily all I can say their hospitality is no less then Oberoi in India
