Amazing! We had such a great time staying here. Hotel was very clean, cozy and warm. Location is good, walking distance from activities and shops and restaurants. There was a fireplace and a big balcony with view in the hotel, whch makes spending time there very heartwarming ❤️ Staff was extremely polite and kind. Many thanks to Sandro who take care of us during our stay, he even get us new playing cards so we can entertain. Everything was wonderful, and I especially want to highlight the delicious and varied breakfast. I would also like to express my gratitude for the excellent service—when we requested additional hangers and a blanket, they were promptly provided, which was very much appreciated. The hotel has a convenient location, with a large area in a forest near the river. Parking is free. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The carpet in the room was dirty, which slightly affected the overall impression. Upon check-in, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, as if someone had recently been smoking, though it disappeared after airing out. Additionally, there was a depression in the middle of the shower cabin floor, which could be a safety hazard if someone slips. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you once again for your hospitality!
