We felt like miljonairs here. Such a luxurious and spacious place. Enormous balcony. I thought that booking made a mistake because of the low price. We will book it 100% again when we will visit Tbilisi again. Parking included The man of the reception was great, he helped us with finding a great local restaurant.

the property was centrally located .. all the hotel staff were excellent and very helpful .. always a smile on their face and always ensured that they went out of their way to assist and cater to our requirements .. the rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff ensures to clean the rooms daily .. we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Artizan.

Amazing staff! Especially Sevillay in the kitchen who made us feel especially welcome and also made me the best omelette in my life. Also very sweet waitress who gave us coffee every morning! Spa was very nice. Was a little worried about extra hidden costs after reading the reviews, but this was NOT the case. We paid only for what we took from the minibar which was also very reasonable price. Water pressure in the shower perfect. Size the room is what you pay for. Not big but very cosy and well designed. Big TV with all the smart features which was a big plus when we were adjusting to being jetlagged and not being able to get into a sleeping pattern routine ;)
