Beautiful view, amazing pool area with stunning views

We had a really lovely week with our 9 month old baby in a junior suite (with pool). The room was lovely, and worked perfectly for us with a baby, allowing us to relax during her naps. The main pool area is gorgeous too. The food was excellent, at the time of our stay it was a buffet but we were told they are going back to à la carte. The complimentary massage was a very nice extra and we rated the spa highly. The location is great, on the edge of Elounda. We walked in to the town which is doable along a lane (unlit) but easier when not baking hot. Taxis are easy and affordable. The hotel private beach is lovely and the shuttle to get there works extremely well. The staff are a true asset to this hotel. They really go above and beyond are are so so friendly and kind. They made us so welcome and were exceptionally lovely to our baby. Special mention to the guys running the breakfast, dinner and bar! A further special mention to Athina running the kids club who was wonderful! All in all: a gorgeous and calm boutique-y all inclusive hotel/villas and we would certainly return.

Our family had the most amazing holiday at Domes of Elounda. What we liked the most is that everything we asked for, from switching the lights on and keeping them on every night on the tennis court to all kind of different requests at the beach area, the staff would accommodate with the smile on their faces. The culture that exists at the Domes from the general manager George, Lena through all ranks down is a top notch . We cannot recommend enough this place . Keep the good work up and looking forward to coming again.

the hotel area is wonderfull. The organization of the Easter celebration was on a high level. The breakfast is very various and delicious. But the breakfast box (in case of early departure) disappointed me. The hotel managment should review the possibility to add hot meal in the box as the package is allowed to do it and the hotel level gives an expectation of such care. But it's just a recommendation. Despite of that our stay was amazing.

The service was wonderful the staff so friendly and nothing was a bother. Our suite was really special and led onto the beach.We had use of the Six Senses Spa which was amazing.The weather was not as hot or sunny as we would have liked but that’s in the lap of the gods. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Service is exceptional. You cannot get a better buffet breakfast and dinner selection. Food is phenomenal. Beaches are clean, lots of sun beds available and there’s so many activities to choose from.

We stayed at Aquilia Hotel on an all-inclusive basis and absolutely loved our experience! The food was excellent — not only the buffet, but also three different à la carte restaurants where all-inclusive guests can enjoy selected dishes for free. One of the best parts was the amazing staff. Every single team member, from the reception to the restaurants and the beach, was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. Despite the hot weather, they worked tirelessly and with such great energy. Special thanks to everyone at the Mirabello Restaurant and to Konstantinos for everything! The hotel is large enough that it never feels crowded or chaotic. It’s right by the sea, and the beach area with sunbeds is spotless. The beach staff are attentive and regularly check if you need anything. A huge thank you to Zia at the beach bar — she always made everyone’s day brighter and created such a great atmosphere there. We also joined the Ouzo tasting at the beach bar, which was a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. The architecture of the hotel means there are quite a lot of stairs between the rooms and the sea, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t bother us. Lunch at the buffet was particularly delicious — I really enjoyed the midday menu. One evening, there was a Greek Night with a dance team, live Greek music, and a full spread of traditional dishes. It ended with everyone — guests and staff — dancing together, which was such a memorable moment. The sea here is beautiful, calm, and crystal clear. I also loved the hotel’s app, which lets you order food and drinks, book activities, and make reservations online — a great use of technology to make things even easier.
