Next level daily hospitality service by Polyanthi, Katerina, Vasilis, Panos was absolutely incredible. They were there for us at all times. This kind of staff is a real treasure! Thank you! The hotel is located right at the sunset spot with the Caldera view. Breakfast and food overall was very well-balanced, mediterranean style. The rooms are very comfortable. I would come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Katikies, we would not hesitate to recommend to friends and would stay there again. The location, staff, facilities, the view was off the planet! Every day my partner and I would say how lucky we are to have found this place in Santorini, given how much of a trap so many properties can be. Please read the last point!! 1. The location is fantastic as you’re close to walk to some great places to eat and see whilst still being far away enough from the hectic Fira. 2. The property itself is finished to a high quality, and one of the best parts of it is that the pool is hidden from the public eye, which cannot be said about a lot of other places on the island. 3. Last but most importantly - the customer service and communication. Alex and Fay were SO KIND and supportive and communicative from before the trip and during it - they were always on hand to help and always went the extra mile to make sure you had the best stay possible. You always felt so special and treated like family there, and it’s why I’ll wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Santorini.
