A Wonderful Stay at Porto Platanias Beach Luxury We had an amazing stay at Porto Platanias Beach Luxury! One of the absolute highlights was the location – centrally situated, which made it incredibly easy for us to go on day trips and explore the beautiful island of Crete. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff were not only professional and helpful, but genuinely passionate about delivering excellent hospitality. You could really feel that they cared and always went the extra mile to ensure we had the best possible experience during our stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight – fresh, varied, and delicious every morning. We also really appreciated having access to both the pool and the beach, offering the best of both worlds when it came to relaxation. All in all, a fantastic stay that we would gladly recommend and hope to return to!

our stay was absolutely amazing! we had very comfortable room with everything we need, staff was very helpful and patient to answer all our questions. Food was amazing and very various, everybody can find something for themselves. if you’re looking for a place to stay, highly recommend to choose this one. :)

So many things to like! For starters we got a room upgrade which made things so much better for our stay. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful especially at reception and the bar. The all inclusive option was well worth it, highly recommend for families. We were able to use some of the facilities at the hotel right opposite which was lovely. Decent variety of food and drinks. The location was also perfect, lots of shops and restaurants around and only 20-25 mins drive to Chania town.

The place is beautiful and totally spotless. The rooms and the common areas are really comfortable and well equipped. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast has a good combination of international stuff and Greek products. Everything! Pool and territory is beautiful, quick access to the beach. We received a beautiful loft room with a balcony to the quiet side. Always fresh bottled water in the room, changed daily, room cleaned twice a day. Great AC you can regulate yourself. Tasty cocktails at the pool bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Very polite staff. Also I used the spa and purchased massage, it was amazing, definitely recommend booking it. We stayed 5 nights and would totally come back!

- Great location, out of the old town, but close enough that you can go and try some of the incredible local restaurants if you want to. - love the design of the property, the rooms were clever and luxurious and super comfortable beds! Also loved the Elemis products to use in our outdoor bath! - staff were amazing, there was nothing they wouldn’t do to make our stay special. From flowers and champagne being delivered to our room as it was our honeymoon, to cold towels being delivered around the pool. - the pool area, gym and other facilities were spotlessly clean and beautiful. There was never a fight for seats as there are two pools. - food at the hotel was always high quality. The breakfast was super varied as well.

- First and foremost the staff was overall very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Anne for helping us always with a smile. 5 stars service! - breakfast was good and the views from the terrace are lovely. - The hotel is well located with beach front facilities and with places to enjoy the beach. - the Spa is a highlight and we really enjoyed it.
