Five-Star Hotels in Portariá

The hotel was very nice, clean and the design was traditional and in line with the local architecture. The swimming pool was very nice when we visited during July. The staff was super accomodating and they offered us a take away breakfast as we needed to check out before the breakfast official opening. Our choice of room was on the small side and I would upgrade to a bigger room if I would stay there for longer than 1-2 nights

I requested a quiet sea view room and that which I was allocated was just perfect; on the uppermost floor and away from any nighttime entertainment noise. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. The ambience in the dining room where breakfast is served is superb; calm and well-organised with wonderful sea views and the variety of food offered is great. the coffee is very good 👍🏼 Free parking is a real bonus.

The property is beautiful and very tastefully renovated. The breakfast was excellent, they even provided gluten free options. The hosts were very attentive to every request with immediate responses to requests by text.

Waking up to the sound of birds and the scent of mountain air was pure magic. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the hospitality—especially from **Sotiris**. From check-in to check-out, he embodied warmth and professionalism, treating us like family. He eagerly shared recommendations for hidden trails, local tavernas, and even helped plan a day trip to nearby beaches. His attention to detail, from remembering our coffee preferences to ensuring we had everything we needed, was extraordinary. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring homemade pies, local cheeses, and freshly squeezed juices. The pool area and gardens were pristine and peaceful, but it’s the staff’s dedication—led by Sotiris—that sets this place apart. Everything. Pool great. Fab breakfast. Lovely room with amazing views. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic hosts - Kriton and Anastasia could not have been more helpful. One of (if not THE) loveliest places we have stayed in the world.
