Hotel Ermou No 15 is a new hotel, modern, very clean and very comfortable. Location is excellent, in the centre, near bazar, with lot of shops and restaurants near hotel. We were group of 8 colleagues from the work and everybody was satisfied with the hotel. No complains at all.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Onoma, and it was just as wonderful as the first! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even upgrading our room. The unique touches in each room, like the Marshall speaker, made it feel extra special. The "Rock Experience" is an awesome feature – they bring vinyls, a turntable, drums, and a Fender guitar right to your room, which shows just how well sound isolation is designed. The breakfast selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also loved the free photo booth – a fun addition to our stay. The hotel was kind enough to offer us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Hotel Onoma on our next visit to Thessaloniki. Highly recommend it!

Everything was amazing! Our entire stay was superb. From concierge to room service to breakfast and quality of the rooms. Everything was excellent. Our stay at the hotel even surpassed a stay at Sheraton Stockholm. We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and the location of the hotel was at the heart of Thessaloniki. It had great bars, restaurants, grocery stores nearby and a block away from the sea. I would not hesitate to book with them again for our future visits to Thessaloniki. If you want to feel like you are on a proper vacation with proper pampering and high quality service, I highly recommend staying with them!

Location was on the promenade. Staff fantastic and very professional.Breakfast amasing, with many different options. Reslly wonderful. Mini bar had mineral water, coke, still water orange juice and beer. Filled every day free of charge, great gesture afte warm day :). Little complementary chocolades were also so tasty. Thax. for everything, really felt like at home:).
