The location was excellent. The hotel had a very good manager - Maria - who assisted on ALL matters. The breakfast was not very inclusive but very fulfilling. The sharing pool was quite nice with a superb view.

The stuff was very helpful, the room was very clean and sanitized. We met with the manger and the owner who was so friendly and advised us with places and activities which turned out to be amazing and made our stay in santorini delightful and enjoyable. An incredible hotel run by even more incredible staff! Starting at the airport, the transportation taxi we booked with the hotel was on time and the driver had our name on the sign. After a short drive 10-15 mins we arrived at the hotel. The staff did a great job of collecting of our luggage, checking us in, and giving our rooms early. They also presented us with a free upgrade for our rooms! Which we greatly appreciated after a long week travelling through mainland Greece. The staff did a good job of attending to our needs (i.e., booking taxis, providing restaurant recommendations) and the rooms were very large + clean. Air conditioning and other amentities worked great. The pool and other areas were also clean and their is staff everywhere ready to help and talk with us. The breakfast had a wide variety (i.e., eggs, toast, salads), and they had someone available if you wanted a cappuccino or any other beverage. We had an early morning flight (before breakfast which is served 7am to 10am), and the staff prepared breakfast bags for us (sandwiches with fruits and juice) so that we weren't hungry at the airport. I can't say enough about the great hospitality and amenities this place had!

The jacuzzi with the caldera view was a highlight. The staff were amazing ans even gave us some top tips for the remainder of our trip. The food and cocktails were fantastic. We had no need to leave our suite and did not other than have to unfortunately check out.

This hotel is the best in whole island, we really enjoy our 7 days here, everything is perfect, especially the breakfast and the view from the rooms and restourant. We had an amazing experience and unforgettable sunsets. Special thanks to Petros and Dimitris, a lovely persons and Lori from the pool bar. The whole staff is friendly and we are really thankfull that they provide to my wife lactose free food and glutenfree bread every day. :) WE WILL COME AGAING FOR SURE!

Wonderful staff I give 5 stars out of 5. The staff were polite, helpful and always smiling. Quiet small hotel, clean, delicious food, very comfortable sun loungers and close to the center. 5-days stay with friends, beautiful time in Santorini with wonderful staff who welcomed us with all their hearts. We will definitely come back.

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Best hotel staff I have ever come across. Attention to detail was excellent. Hotel was so clean. Food and drinks were excellent. Service 5 stars. Super breakfast selection, something for everyone and options for omelettes. etc to order. A wonderful holiday stay.
