The property is beautiful, the nicest place we stayed in Istria so far. I have travelled a lot and rented plenty of nice homes, but this house has left me speechless, not to mention how Andrea and Matija were amazing hosts. We had a beautiful weekend and for sure, will be back again. Thank you and see you soon!

This was our second time staying at this villa and it was just as wonderful as the first if not better! The villa itself is beautiful a new building with brand new furniture. Everything is so well thought out for the guests comfort. The pool was crystal clear and was cleaned again on our fifth day which we really appreciated. The area is very quiet and peaceful perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa owners are truly wonderful kind people who clearly care about their guests having a great experience. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be happy to return for a third time. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience, cosy, clean, well equipped, lots of fun amenities and games, kind and flexible owner. Swimming pool still not too cold to prevent us from swimming, although it was already October. Hopefully, we'll be able to come back some day.

The house is very clean, very well equipped with qualtity accessories. The view is fantastic. The sea can be reached via some steps, in about 3 minutes. I would definitely recommend it. Hope we will come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa ZEL. The location is peaceful with beautiful views, yet still very convenient—just a 30-minute drive to both coasts and most attractions, and only 7 minutes from a supermarket. The villa itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool area is excellent, and we loved using the outdoor kitchen every day. With plenty of seating outside, evenings by the fire pit were a highlight of our stay. We would be delighted to return to Villa ZEL in the future!
