Ramayana always have lovely staff. The breakfast is always beautiful with many choices. The pool area is amazing. This time I noticed the pool side music was lovely chill music and it was so much nicer than other places we have stayed with the same top 10 You tube hits on rotation or bogan aussie music. Truly lovely relaxing music from the pool speakers. Close by are great places to eat and shop. you can go to restaurants or local warungs nearby. I went to the Ramayana onsite day spa for several massages. The staff were very attentive and professional, able to fix my sore areas - so wonderful.
