The hotel is connected to BX Mall. It is very convenient to go next door for food and shopping. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast spread is good with many choices of local and international food. The staff is courteous. I brought my mum, who uses a wheel chair to move about. The staff always stopped by and asked if she needed any help. It meant a lot to her.

I had a very memorable and comfortable stay here at Tentrem Jakarta. It has the same standard as the other sites at Jogjakarta and Semarang, and the location is here is very convenient.
