This is a hotel a really recommend. The front desk staff is very friendly (I would like to especially mention the young Mathias). Breakfast also fantastic, excellent value for the money. We were late, but they allowed us to eat normally, even though this went beyond their working time. The rooms are very large. Parking is not a problem, since the hotel is in a complex which includes a mall and therefore it was very easy to find a place to leave the car. But what I would like to mention as most special was that they understood that I had an emergency at home, which forced me to return earlier than planned. Although I had prepaid for 3 nights, I asked to leave one day earlier and they brought no opposition.

This is luxury 5 stars hotel located in central part of Tel Aviv. Right across main entrance there is a grocery supermarket, also large shopping mall just few steps away. 5 min. walking to train station, stop name is Hashalom. We have free upgrade to studio room which was large with large bathroom. They have free pastry and juices at reception desk in the afternoon, not sure if due to Shabbat.We have stayed Friday and Saturday. Compare to other similar class hotels relation price to quality was excellent.
