In particular, I would like to commend Mr. Devanand Pareva from the concierge team for his outstanding support and attention to detail. His professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my stay. From arranging restaurant reservations and managing table preferences, to helping me find tennis lessons and identifying suitable fitness centers, he handled every request with efficiency, kindness, and care. His knowledge of both the hotel and the local area was incredibly helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. While all the staff at ITC Narmada demonstrated a high level of hospitality and excellence, Devanand’s service stood out as truly exceptional. place is exceptional. The 2 guys from reception Mehul and the other one were really prpfoessional and helpful,I Like their pool sp I went for a dive 2 hour after I checked in It was cold even the weather was so hot so it feels so refreshing that time.. the next morning I just didnt like the girl approach who is incharge in welcoming the guests in breakfast,I forgot her name,she needs rest I need to improve her way of dealing w the guest..but the manager in the restaurant, it was the other woman who approach each guest made sure we enjoyed our meal. All in all a reall 5 star stay.. kudos
