The staff at the hotel were absolutely exceptional—helpful beyond words. They assisted us with everything, from carrying our bags to opening the car doors for us, and constantly checked if we were comfortable or needed anything. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to both Indian and European tastes. We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar from 28th to 30th September 2025 during our holiday, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and small thoughtful touches made our stay extra special. However, we found the shower area to be very tight and congested, which was a bit inconvenient. A little more space or thoughtful design here would definitely enhance the guest experience. The dining experience was also excellent, both the variety and the service staff were always courteous and eager to assist. What really makes this property shine is the hospitality. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, restaurant, or concierge, was handled with genuine care and professionalism. Overall, Courtyard by Marriott Amritsar was a good experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amritsar for either business or leisure. We would be delighted to stay here again on our next visit.

We stayed in some very good hotels during our trip to India but the Sarovar Premiere would have to be our favourite. The attention to detail and the friendliness and care of the staff is top notch. It was sad to leave this beautiful place. I thoroughly recommend you stay at the Sarovar when you are in Amritsar

We had a wonderful holiday and a great stay at Hyatt Amritsar. Our stay was from the 19th of October till the 31st of October.....in between we went to Shimla. A big shout out to front desk Mr Rajat for his excellent hospitality in accommodating our every needs.
