The people are what made our stay wonderful- from our welcome where Sarah- guest relations- immediately made us and our kids feel welcome and special (and continued to do so the whole time!), to Jacintha who was so incredibly warm, friendly and genuine while she served us in the cafe, to Sayan ordering us special dishes at breakfast each morning to ensure we tried all the delicious Indian dishes common for breakfast in India. This hotel is made up of staff eager to ensure your stay is beyond perfect! I’m sad I doing remember them all! What else is great? my kids loved the activities (they did with Sarah, such as pizza and mocktail making!); the pool is large, fresh and wonderful, the gym is modern and spacious, the breakfast is expansive, delicious with everything you can think of, cocktails at Copitas are even better than the view, the Far & East is delicious and an experience! The room service is wonderful. The cake and flowers to celebrate my husbands birthday an appreciated surprise. The most comfortable beds! My kids told me to make sure I review 4 seasons and leave 10/10- this brand now has customers for life!

We were warmly welcomed at the front desk by Antara and Rosch, who checked us in efficiently. Rosch accompanied us to our suite, explained the amenities and technology, and ensured our luggage was promptly delivered. Over the next days, Rosch was always available for our questions, ensured our comfort, provided essential information, and assisted with transfer bookings. His friendly and attentive demeanor made us feel at home at the ITC Gardenia. In the mornings, Rajdeep and Imran greeted us warmly and always fulfilled our requests for quiet seating at breakfast. In the evenings, Swapnil’s attentiveness and friendliness allowed us to relax and enjoy drinks in the lounge. The entire staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, respectful communication, and service orientation. The welcoming atmosphere at the entrance and the friendly, patient security checks made every return to the hotel a pleasure. The restaurant and bar teams delivered consistently outstanding service, making our time there highly enjoyable. Special thanks to Rosch for organizing our smooth departure, ensuring the driver and luggage were ready on time. Kiran swiftly handled our bags and, with his colleagues, loaded them into the car. Raghuprasad, our reliable and courteous driver, impressed us with his safe driving, punctuality, and well-maintained vehicle. We appreciated his knowledge and enjoyed conversing in English, learning about the places we visited. Reflecting on five nights at the ITC Gardenia, we are grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality that made our stay unforgettable.
