My family of 4 (2+2) stayed in Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, RaceCourse, Coimbatore from 19th Jan – 23rd Jan 2023 . The 1st impression of our Hotel Driver Mr.Shiva during Airport Pick Up & Drop Off with amazing. He is our 1st point of contact once we have landed in Coimbatore Airport. Transportation 1. Mr.Shiva (our Hotel Driver) gives a warm & safe vibe to our family as 1st point of contact. We feel safe & well taken care by Mr.Shiva. He is incredibly punctual & keeps his mask-on all the time except during meals. 2. Mr.Shiva driver carefully, pay attention to the road & doesn’t honk unnecessarily. 3. He gives lotsa suggestions only UPON request which is rare to find nowadays. 4. He also recommends us to get kitchen staffs to pack sandwiches & fruits for our early 4am journey to Palani Murugan temple. It was so sweet of him to think about our kid’s food. 5. Mr.Shiva drove us to PAlani (about 1.30hrs journey 1-way, which totals up of ~4hours journey all together), followed us all the way up, took good care of our kids & belongings too. 6. We are extremely GRATEFUL & BLESSED to have such an incredible drive, Mr.Shiva to travel with us during our trip. Accommodation 1. Front desk staffs was very kind, helpful. Answered our queries with a BIG Smile behind that mask. 2. Good, clean, toiletries are well provided generously upon request. 3. Staffs are friendly & always greets us with a BOG SMILE behind that mask. Keeps saying Namaste every time they see us. 4. Room mattress was super nice, pillow comfortable & soft. 5. TV channels was good too. 6. Bathing area spacious & clean. F&B 1. Hats OFF to Sunday (22nd Jan 2023) Buffet , the buffet spread was amazingly delicious with up to around 30 varieties of food to enjoy. We had an amazing lunch ! 2. As I mentioned earlier, thanks to kitchen team for preparing sandwiches & fruits for our early morning 4am trip to Palani, thank you so much for the warm hospitality.
