Everything, the room, the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the service, the security. My room was very spacious and very functional. Everything needed was there. I even got my room earlier after 24 hours without sleep.

The hotel was extremely cozy and clean! From visiting multiple hotels in India (also 5 star ones), this hotel has been the cleanest I have slept in. The staff was incredibly sweet, they have welcomed us with a traditional Indian necklace, they have been helping us with ordering additional person groceries/gifts from local suppliers too. I am very satisfied with the hotel, the facility (which has been also Christmas decorated), the cleanliness and the hospitality and kindness of the staff. Hotel is very much recommended! Thank you for the pleasant stay (short but pleasant).

Excellent stay at the Sheraton. Exactly what you would expect from ITC chain. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast. Good location. Added value - a huge shopping mall 200m from the back side of the hotel, so plenty of shopping and restaurant options at a 5 minutes walking distance.

Check-in and check out were smooth and quick. Breakfast had lots of options. They took customised order for breakfast as well. The room was clean. The reception desk and concierge were very friendly. We requested a birthday cake and Ms Shivani prepared a desk with balloons and a cake. My kid loved it. Mr. Shani of reception was also helpful. Metro is a bit far away. We used autorikshaw and cabs most of the time. The Pacific Mall Jasola was nearby, and had a food court.

Providing a free buffet breakfast, Zone Connect, Saket - Delhi also provides free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service.
