We had a great stay. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 12 months and the staff have always been very helpful. The staff at the breakfast lounge are particularly attentive. The food is great and well laid out rooms are well made out and the spa and gym are both great.

Really comfortable beds, and if you ask for one of the rooms on upper floors you won’t hear the Delhi traffic at all! Unfortunately, I had some stomach problems but on talking about it with the Guest Relations Manager, she lost no time in connecting me with a local doctor who also was very helpful. When one is not feeling well one looks for home but all the staff, including those at the restaurant, made me feel at home. Thank God I was able to take the long journey back home.

I had an exceptional experience with the front office team at Zone Connect, Saket, on the 8th of September. My flight to New Zealand was scheduled for 10:05 AM, and I had checked out of my room around 6 PM in the evening, heading to the airport. Unexpectedly, I had to cancel my flight due to personal reasons and reschedule it for the following morning. In a moment of desperation, I called the front office, fully aware that I had already checked out and it was logged in their system. To my amazement, the front office team went above and beyond to assist me. They promptly consulted their manager and finance team, and without hesitation, they granted my request to stay in the same room. This level of exceptional service left me utterly impressed.
