Special thanks to Ioana, Mariana, and Andreea, who truly made us feel at home. They are absolute gems of this property! The dining experience was phenomenal, with an impressive selection of gourmet dishes that delighted us every evening. The drinks were top-tier, crafted by skilled mixologists who clearly know their craft. Every cocktail was perfection! Sleep quality was incredible—honestly, the best we've ever had at a hotel. The pillows and mattress were so comfortable that we even asked where they were from! This hotel is the definition of luxury, hospitality, and attention to detail. We can't wait to return!

The suite was very spacious & comfortable with towels changed twice a day. The staff were courteous & helpful & the spa area was so relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful with great choice to set you up for the day.

The whole experience was perfect. I would also like to say the staff were amazing with a mention to Ilaria (who made us feel so welcome when we first arrived), Michelle, Fabiola and all the other staff. We would love to come back in the winter.
